1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of clarlens.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This website is operated by CLARLENS.

2. Products
We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices & Payment

6. Right to Cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at Contact@clarlens.com. You must return the items in their original, unused condition. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

8. Returns & Refunds
Return shipping is free. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the returned items. Please allow [5–10 business days] for the refund to appear.

9. Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
